Delivery Information: Delivery is free for all UK orders over £60.

 

For orders under £60 we charge a flat rate delivery cost of £4.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you buy.

Delivery of your goods shall be made by our carrier, Royal Mail or a courier company to the address shown in the order form. It is important that this address is accurate and unfortunately we are unable to take specific delivery details.

We aim to dispatch all goods within two working day*.

Next Day Delivery Service: We do offer a next day delivery service for a cost of £8.99. This service is valid Monday to Friday and we do not deliver on a Saturday. If you purchase on a Friday your order will not arrive until the next working day (Mon -Fri). NB To guarantee next day delivery please order before 1pm

Overseas Delivery:

We offer overseas delivery to the USA and most of Europe.

We don't want our customers living outside of the UK to find themselves out of pocket when paying for postage. Instead setting a rigid cost of shipping we go the extra mile for our customers and price each orders delivery cost individually. Customers making an order due for postage outside of the UK simply need to contact us by telephone or email, we then weigh and mesaure the item and present the customer with various options for postage. We will get back to you within a day. This means that our overseas customers get the best possible postal service and save money!

When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?

During exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance that your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

As part of our company policy to reduce waste we do re-use as many cardboard boxes as possible and so if your parcel arrives in a box that looks a little worn it would have been used before.
